Being developed completely in-house, the web-based  DSP (Digital Service Provider) techno­logy constantly is enhanced by new features and functionalities with a clear focus on usability and efficiency.

With our highly automated and sophisticated technology, we handle all aspects needed for your Digital Logistics – thus providing you with the complete backend and logistics system for digital media distribution. Of course DSP is capable to handle multiple clients and their respective sub-clients, so with the help of our technology you practically act as a content aggregator. The system has been integrated with over 150 platforms translating into more than 450 digital stores. As our partner you focus on the business side, for instance signing contracts with digital stores, while the DSP system cares about all aspects of Digital Logistics and Royalty Management.

Content Import

ingestion of existing content via standard interfaces or our own “producer system”. In case of bulk imports the creation of a specific interface is possible.

Encoding + Preparation

the DSP system handles encoding of audio- and video media into all relevant target formats, e.g. AAC, MP3, WMA or FLAC in required quality levels. Metadata will be prepared professionally and connected to audio- / video master files, followed by final testing and publishing for sales purposes.


all contents will be hosted at the Digital Warehouse. Masters as well as encodet files are stored on redundant server systems. Daily backups are performed as well as routinely quality control.


your Deliveries are easily „selected and clicked“ in the DSP web interface, wherein you find your digital inventory of available products. After adding date- and priority information, your digital packages will be automatically “picked, packed and shipped” to their respective destinations from our data centre. DSP at present “knows” around 150 digital platforms and their specifications, this being enhanced on an ongoing level. Of course the system monitors and logs which content has been delivered to which destinations.

Reporting / Statements

quite uniquely, our DSP technology contains a complete suite of reporting / royalty statement tools. All of your incoming sales reports from digital stores can be imported, “number crunched” and sales figures applied to the variety of your sub-clients.

Multi-Client System

Content Management Console

Manage and analyze your content everytime and everywhere!

The Content Management Console (CMC) is a content management solution with back-end for all our customers, and direct access to essential tools needed for daily work: sophisticated statistics, sales overview, download and streaming development, quick access to statements (PDF or Excel File), and a comfortable user interface. The CMC also includes a cloud service for all your content including secure one-click creation of download links to provide datas or files. The main benefit of the CMC is the transparency of sales figures and statistics.

On the “Dashboard” page, you will find a general overview of your data, as well as different customize sales charts and current chart positions at portals. Under “Content”, you can easily browse in your catalogue and find detailed information about your releases. You can also send or download each track, or the whole release, with one click. You can see detailed sales analytics, charts and daily sales (trends) in “Analytics,” which provides daily numbers from the stores.


The CMC (Content Management Console) is the place to manage your content, starting before publishing and delivering it to the stores. (Sub)labels, products (bundles) and tracks can be created and edited, audio and artwork files can be uploaded as well as your marketing drivers in the „Sales Facts“ section. When it is published, you can create an individual promotional website for your new product, download a product-sheet with all infos needed, get automated generated links to your product at the shops/portals and you can listen to the full catalogue online as well as sending mails with label copies and/or secure download-links (WAV and mp3) to your business-partners or because of promotional reasons. Furthermore we scan important charts worldwide at the main portals every day. So if we find a release or track from you somewhere in charts (or in a current playlist at Spotify), we will let you know.


One of the most important and powerful features of the CMC is the “CMC Producer”: a content delivery and management tool that allows many new and useful features such as bulk import, creating compilations per drag & drop, pre-selection of the channels and stores, enhanced price codes, additional textfields, and many more features that facilitate your daily work. The Producer tool brings you full control over the delivery of digital distribution of your catalog. No XML knowledge is required. Simply enter label copies and upload the master and graphic files. You can also specify genre, release dates, and the stores for delivery. Once complete, your releases are on the way to the download stores. Also, compilations can be created quickly and easily without having to retreat the tracks of your own catalog, which were published before, again. Furthermore, the system features full quality checking. So, if you upload something wrong by mistake or use a wrong format – don`t worry. The CMC Producer will check it and inform you of what needs to be changed.


Any sale or stream will be shown in the extensive analytics tools. If we get provided with the datas of the portals, you can see them on a daily base (one day later than the transactional date). You can analyses trends, peaks and figures broken down into countries, stores/portals, artists and releases. Furthermore you can download your monthly statements in PDF or Excel as well as statistics. Last but not least, you can also administrate sub-accounts for your (sub)labels and manage label logos.
